Mr Neill repaired my rotting, leaky chimney and chimney cap. He tore down the entire chimney and rebuilt it and replaced the chimney cap. The chimney looks better now, than it did when the house was brand new. Mr. Neill also repaired the dryer vent on the roof. The roofers had not given me a vent with the metal closer. Animals could have gotten into the attic. He had to remove and replace shingles in order to into the gooseneck dryer vent that was up to code. GREAT JOB!! GREAT JOB!!

I recently had James Neill repair the roof area around my dryer vent that was leaking. He not only repaired that area but also tended to some other potential problem areas as well. He was extremely professional and very friendly. Prior to having James give me an estimate, another company also examined the roof and tried to tell me that the entire area around the vent (including the stucco) needed to be removed and repaired at a very outrageous cost. The extra work was not necessary as James pointed out to me with pictures. He was most fair in his estimate. I will definitely use him in the future if needed. A really nice man.
